Landscapes, rushing past, glimpsed from car windows was painted in response to photos sent to me from Italy’s Piedmont region where my daughter was doing a high school exchange recently. She was captivated by the environment and how different it is from where we live in Sydney as I was too.
The work is multi layered with cardboard collaged onto the canvas surface.
